Those looking for extensive recreational fun in the middle of nature with the whole family are in good hands in the leisure parks around Trier. After just a short drive, varied adventure worlds await children and adults alike, which, in addition to classic fairground rides and adventure playgrounds, also enable time and again natural encounters with local wildlife.
In the Eifelpark in Gondorf, various areas such as the Bärenschlucht (Bear Canyon), the lynx enclosure or the Tal der Wölfe (Valley of the Wolves) await visitors in addition to the wildlife park. In the wildlife and recreational park Klotten near Cochem, coatis, raccoons and emus have found a new home. And in the Southern Eifel even the dinosaurs have survived.
