The look out point Petrisberg is located above the Roman Amphitheater amidst the vineyards.

Day or night - you have an impressive view from here onto the Roman city and the Moselle Valley a good 325 feet (100 meters) below. Especially prominent: The red tile roof of the Toman throne room/Constantine Basilika, the arena of the Amphitheater, the mighty ruins of the Imperial Baths, and the towers of Trier Cathedral.
