City Bus Tour "2 Hours - 2000 Years"

The popular bus tour, a combination of bus tour, a bit of walking, plus visits to interiors gives you an interesting insight into Trier’s world famous monuments.

Route:
Begin at the Porta Nigra, Trier’s landmark and UNESCO World Heritage Site – drive to the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge with the city dock – further along the Moselle past old Moselle cranes and the old monasteries and convents to Germany’s oldest bridge, the Roman Bridge – the ruins of the Barbara Baths from the 2nd century AD, once the second largest and still the fourth largest bath in the Roman Empire – visit inside the Roman Amphitheater, scene of life-and-death combats – visit inside the Palastaula (Basilika: Roman Imperial Throne Room), the Throne Room of Constantine the Great and subsequent Roman Emperors of the 4th century – the lively rococo of the Electoral Palace from the 18th century – walk through the Palace Garden and return to the Porta Nigra in the coach.

€ 100.00 in German / € 110.00 in other languages plus entrance fee for the Amphitheater

Please note: Visits to interiors or guided walking tours are not possible if the group size exceeds 30 persons and only one guide has been ordered. The course of the guided bus tour is then altered and lasts only 1 1/2 hours.
