A man and a woman in the middle of their lives. They once loved each other, but little of that remains. To break free from the rut, they decide to open up their relationship - or rather, he opens up the relationship and she should go with him. While he is experiencing his second spring, she finds it harder to get used to an open relationship concept. The relationship is open and with it all the gradients and imbalances, the limits of loyalty and jealousy, the freedoms that one takes and those that one is willing to give. The well-known piece "Open Relationship" by the artist couple Franca Rame and Dario Fo is being brought to the stage in Trier by the artist couple Nadine and Tim Olrik Stöneberg in a fresh version with plenty of local color, humor and music!
