Welcome to a chaotic adventure that impressively proves: You don't have to be a pro to pull off a kidnapping! In "Kidnapping for Beginners," we meet Markus, who actually managed to kidnap the daughter of a wealthy family. But instead of revealing himself to be a master of the art of crime, his preparation resembles something more like a slapstick film.
With a plan that has more holes than Swiss cheese, Markus soon finds himself confronted with a series of unexpected questions and problems. While he desperately tries to keep his hostage situation secret, more and more unsuspecting people wander into the area – and chaos ensues. The situation escalates into complete chaos: mix-ups, misunderstandings, and bizarre encounters cause all sorts of turmoil.
Will Markus manage to keep his "kidnapping" under control – or will his amateurish plan become the biggest flop in history?
And what roles do the unexpected guests play who suddenly appear and turn everything upside down?
