And if you don’t have your own bikes, the bike station at the train station or the bike garage at the Porta Nigra (link to bike-hire stations) have city bikes, all-terrain bikes, e-bikes and children’s bikes available for hire. If you so wish, these can take you as far as Saarburg or – down the Moselle – to Pfalzel or Neumagen on half-day or full-day tours.
